So I had a fun time at the Calgary Comic Expo and here i will be posting some images from the event and my Phat lewt! Click on images for larger look!

First up my Nyan Cat Scarf. It is truly amazing I ended up wearing it all day!

Now I am a huge fan of the Wizkids Pirates game, I already own 42 boosters worth of ships. Well there was this booth that was selling cards and stuff. And he had a $1 discontinued games bin. And there was a lot of Pirates boosters and i kinda lost my mind and bought 64 packs. So that’s 25 South China Sea’s, 11 Revaluation, 13 Mysterious Islands, 10 Davy Jones, and 5 Barbary Coast.

Next is a 3DS skin I got, this years artbook, some charms and some Nyan cat buttons. Also so maid based card game.

I also Got the Crap Shots DVD from the loading Ready run folks. I also found a booth selling pixel blocks sprites i bought a Mario world ghost, also found more pink Mario plushes.

From the Solarotics booth I got a Useless Box kit and that came with a free Minecraft creeper lamp. I Built the Useless Box right away here it is finished and here is a video of it working.

Now lets look at some of the sites of the expo. I did not take too many images. But first lets look at the best Hulk Cosplay EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Part one of my Squidy order has arrived!!

Part one of my Squidy order has arrived!! The other two parts are on Preorder so I will post about them much later when they arrive.
This Shipment contained the Mini Ika Musume minimini Breeding Kit box and a single larger figure from a earlier trade figure set. Both came from Hobby Link Japan.

Here is a Shot of all the boxes contained in the larger box. You can already tell the single figure is a lot bigger.

First up lets look at the sitting one. Her tentacles are a lil flexible not so much that you would want to move them, but they wont brake. Detail looks good

Now here we see all the lil squids in there own aquariums. As you can see the sitting one is a lot bigger. Also HLJ said it is a random pack box but I did get all six figures. The secret was is the black one. I Got doubles of the Ink spiting one and the bread eating one.

Now I thought the aquariums just stacked but they clip together so that’s interesting

Scale wise the lil squids are a little shorter then a LEGO mini fig.

Over all the detail is good and I am happy with them

A few months ago I took this image I found on the internet and made a PS3 game case and disk. I been posting it around the internet and decided to start posting the cover for others to print. I Hope people enjoy this silly thing. Also all Credit for the original “Call of Duty Tides of Friendship” goes to the person who made they are wonderful!! All other art on the cover belongs to the people who made it.

The very first Bouncy Girl edit was May 27 2002. How do I know? Because of the “The Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine!!” See they were posted in a long deleted and infamous thread called “Anime Girls” on Newgrounds. I was using and still have the username super0sonic. A user posted the original 3 eyed GIF from Magical Drop and soon after I started posting the edits. Click here to see the very first bouncy post!
If you bother to click thought more of the pages of the thread you will see more and more of them.
The page on Wootanime showed up soon after I had posted most of them on the Newgrounds fourms; “The Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine!!” shows the Bouncy page on wootanime on July 27th, but I am sure it was up a little earlier then that.
The original GIF like I said above is from Magical Drop 2 or 3. On the Bouncy page the music is “Laugh & Peace” From the Playstation Game Vib Ribbon. I picked that song for reasons that have been lost to the sands of time forever.

I have 2 story ideas. Back when I was making comics I found they were rather wordy at times. One of the powers of comics as a medium is that you can tell much of your story without any text. This is something I felt that I could improve on. Well that and somehow to present said comics with my substandard drawing skill.
So two comic ideas have formed. The first has no text other then signs and items in the world that you would expect to have words. No character is mute or anything just all the story is told only with images. The other is also mostly silent but has text every so often.
One thing that is interesting is both stories although very different are both dark.
Still my primary problem remains how do I produce the art? I have two ideas. Both follow the same core idea but one still requires me to draw, and of course that one will produce better results.
